Abstract

Procédé de fabrication de l'engrenage consistant à tailler dans une première passe les deux flans parallèles opposés face à face appartenant à des creux de dentures differentes et à tailler à la cote finale dans une deuxième passe les autres flancs de dent Cet engrenage comprend une roue de champ 1 et un pignon droit cylindrique à axes perpendiculaires. Les flancs 2 de la denture de. la roue de champ et qui sont opposés face à face, appartiennent à des creux de denture différents qui sont situés aux limites de l'arc 4 d'engrènement du pignon 5 dans la roue 1 et sont parallèles entre eux Cet engrenage est particulièrement utilisable pour les mécanismes de démarrage des moteurs à combustion interne, dans les cas où le démarreur ne peut pas être placé parallèlement à l'axe de la couronne solidaire du volant d'inertie du moteur.
