Abstract
Dispositif pour la propagation d'ondes acoustiques. Un dispositif comprenant un substrat piézo-électrique 1 présente une face plane qui porte deux transducteurs 5, émetteurs et récepteurs d'ondes acoustiques. Ce dispositif est remarquable en ce que le substrat est un cristal de taille << Y >> et que les transducteurs sont disposés de façon à propager des ondes acoustiques parallèlement à l'axe
