Abstract

L'invention concerne la production de tissus à longs poils à dessins de densité de poils pratiquement uniforme sur tout le dessin, sur métier avec dispositif multiple d'alimentation de rubans comprenant un cylindre délivreur tournant pour délivrer des fibres aux aiguilles, et une paire de rouleaux d alimentation de rubans tournant sélectivement. Le procédé est caractérisé par la rotation continue des rouleaux d'alimentation de rubans 14, 16 à des valeurs de vitesse variables choisies pour faire avancer les fibres de ruban vers le cylindre de réalisation du dessin du tissu choisies auquel on ajoute une vitesse approchant la vitesse de perte de charge résultant de la perte de duvet et de la non-sélection ou de la sélection minimale d'aiguilles.
