Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un dispositif pour nettoyer la surface externe des tubes 1 placés dans un foyer 2. Un dispositif selon l'invention comporte un boîtier 8, en deux demi-coquilles, qui sont emboîtées sur le tube 1. Il comporte des moyens, par exemple un câble 4 passant sur une poulie de renvoi 5, pour déplacer le boîtier le long du tube. Le boîtier 8 est alimenté en eau sous pression ou en vapeur d'eau par un flexible 9. Il comporte des ajutages qui dirigent des jets d'eau contre la surface externe du tube. Le dispositif comporte, en outre, un conduit souple 11 pour évacuer l'eau et les déchets Une application est le nettoyage des faisceaux de tubes non jointifs placés en avant d'une paroi revêtue de briques réfractaires
