A desired, selected kind of gas is jetted into a waste gas economizer 2 through a conduit 1a and a soot removing nozzle 1. Therefore, the soot in said waste gas economizer 2 can be removed without causing the output of a generator turbine to be decreased by pressure flow of said jetted gas.
