Abstract

L'invention est relative à une installation pour la fabrication en continu de granulés, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une colonne de refroidissement des dispositifs pour l'amenée des courants d'agent réfrigérant et des courants de produit liquide dans le centre de la partie supérieure et un orifice de sortie pour les granulés à la partie inférieure de la colonne de refroidissement ainsi que des branchements pour l'agent réfrigérant gazeux. Elle concerne également un procédé pour la fabrication de granulés congelés a l'aide de la présente installation.
