Abstract

Ensemble de commande numérique destiné à commander une machine-outil pour usiner des filets dans une pièce 152 montée sur une broche au moyen d'un outil de coupe monté sur une vis mère. Il comprend un résolveur de broche 156 monté sur la broche 150 de façon à engendrer des signaux électriques de position angulaire de broche, la phase de chacun des signaux étant fonction de la position angulaire de la broche, un interpolateur 114 propre à calculer la vitesse de la broche d'après les signaux de position angulaire et à déterminer, d'après la vitesse de broche, la position de la broche à l'instant de la consigne de position suivante, ainsi qu'à calculer un signal numérique de mouvement pour l'outil de coupe 158 en fonction de la vitesse de broche et de l'instant de la consigne de position suivante, et un contrôleur d'axe 118 propre à réagir au signal de mouvement de façon à amener la vis mère 160 dans la position de consigne.
