Abstract

Procédé pour stabiliser, concentrer et purifier à l'échelle industrielle de l'insuline à partir d'extraits alcooliques acides de tissu de glandes pancréatiques provenant de pancréas frais ou congelés. Ce procédé repose sur l'utilisation de matériaux échangeurs d'ions pour recueillir rapidement une grande quantité d'insuline pure et à l'état inaltéré. Procédé amélioré pour la conservation de l'insuline en vue de son stockage et de son transport depuis l'abattoir, par adsorption sur des matériaux échangeurs d'ions permettant une concentration et une purification ultérieure. Ce procédé permet également l'extraction d'enzymes pancréatiques.
