Abstract

Ce parachute de secours est équipé de moyens auxiliaires d'ouverture adaptés pour être pliés avec la voilure dans le sac et pour se déplier à la sortie du parachute de manière à ouvrir et tendre la partie sommitale de la voilure et à donner à cette voilure une traînée aérodynamique suffisante pour que l'ouverture de la voilure soit orientée à peu près vers le bas. Ces moyens peuvent être constitués par un anneau élastique 4 en caoutchouc ou polyuréthane initialement plié dans la voilure avec le parachute et qui tend élastiquement à prendre sa forme circulaire, et/ou par une élasticité conférée par un traitement approprié du bord 8 de la voilure et/ou par un lien fixant un point intermédiaire de la longueur des suspentes au sac.
