Abstract

L'invention concerne un broyeur à couteaux rotatifs. Un broyeur selon l'invention est caractérisé par deux arbres portant des couteaux rotatifs, chacun constitué par un élément support ou porte-lame ayant un moyeu 8 et une jante 7, la jante 7 comportant des dents 71 et une lame 3 divisée en segments autour du support, la disposition étant telle que les lames de deux couteaux voisins viennent en contact pendant la rotation et qu'il existe un passage pour la matière broyée dans des conditions telles que la charge sur les couteaux soit constante pour réduire la consommation de courant du moteur et les à-coups dans le fonctionnement. Un broyeur selon l'invention convient en particulier pour les débris de caoutchouc.
