Abstract

Dispositif pour le traitement des eaux usées comportant d'une part un bassin d'aération relié, à une arrivée d'eaux usées à traiter et pourvue d'un aérateur de surface et d'autre part un bassin de décantation des eaux usées traitées au moyen de boues activées dans le bassin d'aération, des liaisons entre lesdits bassins étant établies pour faire passer les eaux traitées du bassin d'aération au bassin de décantation et ramener les boues activées entraînées du bassin de décantation au bassin d'aération. Selon l'invention, ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce que lesdites liaisons sont constituées au moins en partie par une conduite ascendante dont l'extrémité inférieure se trouve au voisinage du fond du bassin de décantation et dont l'extrémité supérieure se trouve dans la zone d'aspiration de l'aérateur de surface.
