Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour séparer un premier liquide d'un second liquide contamine par ce premier liquide. Le dispositif comprend un corps 12, 13 ayant à sa partie supérieure un orifice d'entrée 9 et un orifice de sortie 8, le premier liquide séparé s'accumulant dans la partie inférieure du corps, un flotteur 21 qui flotte sur le premier liquide séparé, des ailettes 24, 25 pour guider le mouvement du flotteur et un siège 27 disposé dans la partie supérieure de l'enveloppe et qui forme avec le flotteur un clapet servant à empêcher l'écoulement du liquide dans l'enveloppe lorsque le premier liquide s'élève au-dessus d'un niveau prédéterminé. L'invention est applicable, notamment, à la séparation de l'eau d'un combustible diesel.
