Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition destinée à la libération prolongée d'un agent doué d'activité biologique. La composition de l'invention contient 1 un agent doué d'activité biologique, 2 un copolymère polyoxy-alkylène-polyuréthanne séquencé hydrophile linéaire sensiblement dépourvu de réticulation et présentant plusieurs régions hydrophiles et hydrophobes et 3, le cas échéant, un tampon acceptable du point de vue biologique. Application par exemple à la réalisation d'un dispositif intravaginal pour la liberation lente d'un composé abortif.
