Abstract

Dispositif de contrôle électrocardiographique comprenant un substrat à plusieurs couches comportant au moins des première et seconde couches, plusieurs ensembles d'électrode individuels électriquement isolés et montés sur le substrat, plusieurs fils conducteurs placés entre les première et seconde couches, un fil étant relié à chaque ensemble d'électrode et s'étendant à l'extérieur dudit substrat, caractérisé en ce que chaque ensemble d'électrode 17 comprend une section de base 30 pourvue d'une première surface adhésive 34, un connecteur 33 porté par ladite section de base, un tampon 32 pré-imprégné de gel porté par ladite section de base de façon à recouvrir ledit connecteur 33 et un organe de recouvrement 18 recouvrant ladite surface adhésive 34 et ledit tampon 32 et dont l'enlèvement expose la surface adhésive 34 et le tampon 32 afin de permettre leur entrée en contact avec la surface de la peau d'un malade, un moyen adhésif fixant chaque ensemble d'électrode 17 sur une des couches de substrat 14 de manière qu'il soit placé au-dessus d'une ouverture 42 ménagée dans ladite couche de substrat 16, un fil conducteur 25 étant relié à chacun des connecteurs 33 au travers de l'ouverture associée 42.
