Abstract
Un método de ensamblar un dispositivo para la vigilancia electrocardiográfica, o de ECG, que comprende un substrato de varias capas que incluye por lo menos unas capas primera y segunda; una pluralidad de conjuntos individuales de electrodo eléctricamente aislado, montados en dicho substrato; y una pluralidad de hilos conductores de conexión dispuestos entre dichas capas primera y segunda, con uno de dichos hilos conductores conectado a cada uno de los citados conjuntos de electrodo y extendiéndose hasta el exterior de dicho substrato; caracterizado por las etapas de: disponer una primera lámina de material en la que haya dos o más perforaciones; disponer cierto número de paquetes o conjuntos de electrodo, correspondientes a dichas perforaciones, estando cada uno de los citados paquetes de electrodo habilitados completamente ensamblado o montado y teniendo una parte de base recubierta de adhesivo, unos medios de terminal dispuestos en ésta, una almohadilla o compresa previamente gelificadamontada e dicha parte de base en asociación con dichos medios de terminal, y una estructura de cubierta protectora asegurada de manera retirable a dicha parte de base y recubriendo dicha compresa de gel y el recubrimiento adhesivo de dicha parte de base, asegurar un paquete de electrodo a una primera superficie de dicha primera lámina, en relación de superposición con cada una de dichas perforaciones, con los medios de terminal de cada paquete dispuestos en proximidad respecto de dicha perforación, y dicha estructura de cubierta dispuesta hacia fuera de dicha primera superficie; fijar un hilo conductor de conexión a cada uno de dichos medios de terminal, desde la superficie opuesta de dicha primera lámina; y fijar una segunda lámina de material a dicha superficie opuesta de la citada primera lámina en relación de superposición con dichos hilos de conexión y medios de terminal, de modo que dichas láminas primera y segunda constituyen un substrato de varias capas.
