Abstract

Lampe à enceinte de décharge remplie d'une atmosphère se composant d'au moins un gaz tampon additionné d'halogénures métalliques. L'atmosphere contient un iodure ou des iodures et des bromures de métaux, parmi lesquels au moins de sodium et d'étain; le gaz tampon est éventuellement le mercure. La distance entre électrodes est inférieure à 20 mm et l'enceinte de décharge a une géométrie isotherme. La lampe a une température de couleur basse, d'environ 3 000 K, une efficacité lumineuse de 80 lm/W et un indice de rendu de couleur R a de 75. Application aux lampes d'éclairage des locaux avec une faible consommation d'énergie.
