Abstract
1. L'invention concerne un nouvel antibiotique insoluble dans l'eau, la lysolipine, qui se trouve sous forme de ses composants X et I ou de mélanges de ces composants, et les dérivés de l'antibiotique ainsi que les préparations qui contiennent ces composés et un procédé de preparation de ces substances. 2. Conformément au procédé de l'invention, on effectue une culture aérobie de la souche Streptomyces violaceoniger Tü 96 ou un mutant formant la lysolipine dans une solution nutritive aqueuse contenant une source de carbone et d'azote ainsi que des sels inorganiques, jusqu'à ce que la solution nutritive présente une nette activité antibiotique, on isole la lysolipine de cette dernière et, si on le désire, on la sépare en ses composants et/ou on la transforme en dérivés. 3. Application en tant que médicament antibiotique.
