Abstract

L'invention concerne une bague d'étanchéité à lèvre, telle que pour arbre tournant, à bague métallique de renforcement et manchette d'étanchéité. La partie formant la lèvre 3 est en élastomère fluoré et la partie adhérente 4 est faite d'un élastomère d'acrylate composé d'un terpolymère d'éthylène, d'acrylate de méthyle et d'un monomère carboxylique, ces deux parties étant fixées par vulcanisation à la bague métallique incorporée 2 au moyen d'un liant à base dun mélange de silanes monomères 5. Le dispositif permet de réserver les matières coûteuses à la réalisation des parties subissant les contraintes thermiques et chimiques les plus fortes et de réaliser la bague en une opération unique de vulcanisation.
