Abstract

Le mécanisme comporte une valve ayant un boîtier solidaire de son arbre d'entrée ou de sortie. Dans le boîtier est définie une cavité en forme de disque à l'intérieur de laquelle est monté en rotation, un rotor en forme d'étoile, qui est solidaire de l'autre des arbres d'entrée et de sortie du mécanisme. Le rotor étoilé comporte une pluralité de bras qui délimitent des chambres de pression en communication avec les compartiments d'un moteur, et qui coopèrent avec des orifices reliés à une source de haute ou de basse pression et débouchant dans la cavité, pour moduler les pressions qui règnent dans les chambres de pression, en fonction de la position angulaire relative du boîtier et du rotor. Application aux directions assistées.
