Abstract

L'invention concerne un matériau photographique ayant au moins une couche d'émulsion d'halogénure d'argent sensible à la lumière et, associé à celle-ci, un composé chromogène pouvant être dissocié dans les conditions alcalines du développement photographique soit sous sa forme oxydée, soit sous sa forme non oxydée, en libérant un colorant diffusible. Selon l'invention, le composé chromogène est représenté par la formule générale :
