Abstract

L'éolienne suivant l'invention a comme pièce mécanique essentielle le boîtier 1 de son multiplicateur de vitesse : c'est en effet sur lui qu'est fixé le tube 2 qui contient les paliers de l'hélice ainsi que la bride de la génératrice électrique 3. Les engrenages de sortie à petite et à grande vitesse 4 et 5 sont directement calés respectivement sur l'extrémité de l'arbre de l'hélice de la génératrice. La liaison entre le boîtier qui porte ainsi toute la partie active, et le haut du mât 6 autorise les oscillations longitudinales et transversales si bien qu'elle ne transment pas au mât les vibrations dues au déséquilibre des pales et des efforts du vent. Le mât est tenu par un socle en béton 7 qui comporte une fente latérale de manière à permettre de monter et descendre tout l'éolienne en faisant pivoter le mât sur des tourillons 8. La variation de pas de l'hélice nécessaire pour assurer le démarrage et éviter l'emballement par grand vent est obtenue par coulissement des arbres 9 qui portent les pales, dans des tubes 10 où se trouvent des ressorts 11. Ce coulissement commande le pivotement par un jeu de bielles et de manivelles contenu dans le boîtier 12.
