Abstract

L'invention concerne une motocyclette du type dans lequel il est prévu au moins un bras oscillant, situé sur un côté de la roue dans un plan longitudinal, et qui, à une extrémité, reçoit l'axe de roue arrière, tandis qu'à l'autre il est monté oscillant autour d'un axe transversal, sur une partie du cadre arrière située entre l'axe de roue arrière et l'ensemble d'entraînement de cette roue qui sont eux-mêmes reliés par une transmission à chaîne, un organe de suspension étant, par ailleurs, interposé entre un point intermédiaire du bras oscillant et une autre partie du cadre arrière située au-dessus de ce bras. Cette motocyclette est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens de réglage de la distance relative entre l'axe d'oscillation du bras sur la première partie de cadre arrière et le point où le brin supérieur de la chaîne passe devant cette partie de cadre arrière, ces moyens permettant d'amener cet axe à un niveau égal ou supérieur à celui de ce point.
