The wheel 10 is stretched on the body 13 through a swing arm 11 and a shock absorber 22. Since the force F4 around the shaft 12 caused by the braking torque F3 is reduced, the moment F4XL3 for rotating the swing arm 11 upward is reduced thus to eliminate the hopping of the rear wheel.
