Abstract

L'invention concerne un vêtement de protection à l'usage des forces de police, destiné à être placé sous les tenues de drap les équipant. Il se compose intérieurement d'un tissu cretonne 1 et extérieurement d'une toile 2 du type << Kermel >> de bonne tenue mécanique entre lesquelles est incorporée une mousse de rembourrage 3 en matiere plastique souple expansée à base de chlorure de polyvinyle du type << Klégecell >> conférant au gilet une parfaite flottabilité et une totale ininflammabilité. Des renforts 4 en fibres synthétiques logés dans des alvéoles de l'enveloppe extérieure 1 assurent une protection contre les impacts de coups donnés dans la région des épaules. Le gilet comporte de plus des moyens de fermeture 5 du type VELCRO ainsi que des bandes à crochets 6 sur les épaules dans le but d'assurer une liaison avec la tenue de drap des utilisateurs. Les parties basses avant et arrière sont reliées de chaque côté par un ruban élastique 7; des coutures verticales 8 partagent les panneaux avant et arrière en bandes parallèles assurant une bonne tenue du rembourrage. L'invention s'applique aux forces de police et aux hommes de troupe.
