Abstract

Appareil pour mesurer une longueur, par exemple la distance d'une surface par rapport à une surface de réference, l'épaisseur d'une couche transparente ou analogue par l'emploi d'un rayon de lumière cohérente dirigé sur la surface à mesurer, les rayons réfléchis par cette surface étant appliqués à un récepteur contenant un capteur photo-électrique et qui interprete l'angle de réflexion pour la détermination de la longueur (distance, épaisseur). Le rayon de lumière cohérente la émis par le laser 1 est dirigé sous un angle constant prédétermine et en amont du capteur 6 contenu dans le récepteur est aménagée une fente de mesure mobile 4, l'angle des rayons réfléchis par la surface à mesurer et captés par un objectif 3 étant utilise pour la mesure de la longueur x.
