Abstract

a. Système de coordination dimensionnelle dans le bâtiment permettant une maximisation pratique de la taille des agrégats tenant compte des gabarits de transports (routiers, ferroviaires, maritimes et aériens) et de tous les problèmes de préfabrication dans un système de préfabrication ouverte, type << jeu de construction >>. b. Le système est fait de l'assemblage en plan d'éléments modulaires de 2,30 m x 3,45 m (2,30 m = dimension maximale approximative de la largeur intérieure des containers internationaux). Le système est caractérisé par ce type d'assemblage et par un certain nombre de principes qui le rendent réalisable dans un contexte d'industrialisation intégrale, des fondations au second oeuvre (voir croquis n degrés 2). c. L'invention peut être utilisée pour la réalisation de pavillons d'habitation, de bureaux, d'hôtels, d'usines et de toutes constructions sur un ou plusieurs niveaux.
