Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de lessivage sans soufre de matières lignocellulosiques, par exemple de bois. En une première étape, on opère une précuisson entre 145 et 200 degrés C avec une lessive contenant du carbonate et/ou du bicarbonate de sodium, dans des conditions telles qu'il se forme de l'anhydride carbonique que l'on fait sortir du lessiveur, puis, sans défibrage intermediaire, on continue la cuisson en une deuxième étape à une température maximale de 160 à 200 degrés C, en ajoutant un ou plusieurs composés choisis parmi les quinones, les hydroquinones ou leurs dérivés non soufrés, et une lessive contenant principalement de la soude NaOH comme alcali actif. Application : fabrication de pâte de matières lignocellulosiques.
