Abstract

L'invention a trait à de nouveaux dérivés de la N-(tétrazolyl5)-benzamide. Les composés selon l'invention ont la formule ci-dessous dans laquelle R**1 = F, Cl, Br, alcoyle, alcoxy, alcoylthio, alcoylsulfonyle, alcanoylamino, alcoylamino, alcoysulfamoyle, dialcoylsulfamoyle, dialcoylamino, dialcoylcarbamoyle, alcanoyle, alcoxycarbonyle, alcoxycarbonylamino, alcoylcarbamoyle, hydroxy, formyle, nitro, trifluorométhyle, aryle, benzyloxycarbonylamino, amino, sulfamoyle, cyano, tétrazolyle-5, carboxy, carbamoyle ou aroyle, et n = 1, 2 ou 3. Application pour le traitement des troubles respiratoires, notamment l'asthme bronchique allergique.
