Abstract
Procédé pour faire fonctionner un moteur à combustion interne et dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé. Dans le dispositif, entre la soupape d'admission 28 et l'arrivée de combustion 32, est disposée une ouverture 26 d'admission d'air. Le piston 14 est surmonté par un chapeau 19 de façon qu'une chambre 16 de volume constant soit ménagée dans le cylindre. Cette chambre 16 se raccorde par un passage 18 à la chambre 38 à volume variable. Applications : moteurs à combustion interne à rendement éleve.
