Abstract

The mobile, folding serving trolley consists of a reinforced hoop on wheels, with side uprights on which are hinged trays in two sections. Two vertical pivoting uprights (9) are joined to horizontal arms (8) which are hinged to plates fixed in the middle of horizontal crosspieces on the frame. The pivoting vertical uprights (9) can be pivoted by ninety degrees, and are folded by springs (11). The trays (15, 16) are each fixed, at the ends nearest their fold line, to angle pieces (17). The angle pieces (17) are hinged at one end to axles (19) on the uprights (2), and at the other end, to connecting links (20). Each return spring is fixed to a lug on the arms (8), and at the other end, to a double lug (14). The rim of each tray (15, 16) fits into a gap in a tubular frame (23).
