Abstract

1390020 Shopping trollies HADLUM BROS Ltd 20 Dec 1973 [24 April 1973] 19377/73 Heading B7B A collapsible trolley is provided with a load support 6 and a supporting leg 10 each pivoted to a wheeled frame 1, the support and leg being interconnected so that movement of one between the operative and stowed positions causes corresponding movement of the other. The support and leg are mounted on the frame by rods 7 and 9 and a link 13 extends between a pivot 14 at each side of the support and the respective end of a bar 15 on the leg. When the trolley is erected the support 10 rests on bar 15. The frame may be provided with a telescopically or pivotally extendible handle and the wheels may be separated from the frame limbs by springs 5. The rods 7 and 9 and the wheel axle 2 may be secured by spring caps 8, 11 and 4 (Fig. 4, not shown).
