Abstract

Cette machine hydraulique à vis (pompe à vis ou moteur à vis) comprend un rotor hélicoïdal moteur et un ou plusieurs rotors hélicoidaux libres, chaque rotor hélicoïdal libre étant pourvu d'un plongeur d'équilibrage monté dans un manchon. La face du plongeur d'équilibrage qui est la plus éloignée de l'hélice est soumise à la pression régnant à l'extrémité opposée du rotor hélicoïdal libre qui s'applique à une première surface dont la superficie est plus faible que la superficie nécessaire pour équilibrer le rotor hélicoïdal libre contre la force créée par la différence de pression entre le côté ou règne la haute pression et le côté où règne la basse pression, et est soumise à une pression située entre la pression élevée et la pression basse qui s'appliquent à une seconde surface dont la superficie est telle que la somme des superficies de la première surface et de la seconde surface est plus grande que la superficie nécessaire pour équilibrer le rotor hélicoïdal libre contre la force créée par la différence de pression.
