Abstract
Circuit intégré monolithique constituant une diode Zener compensée en température 3 avec commutateur interne 4 de court-circuit pour commande de tension par train d'impulsions de rapport variable. Un deuxième transistor de commutation 5 dont la base est reliée à celle du premier 4 et connectée à la base de commande recevant le train d'impulsions IV est intégré sur le même substrat en série avec des résistances de dissipation 6, 6' entre la borne de masse Il et une borne de connexion à une tension auxiliaire III. La dissipation reste constante même pendant les changements rapides de rapport d'impulsions du signal de commande Application à la sélection numérique des canaux pour récepteurs de radio ou de télévision.
