Abstract

Procédé et appareil de production de paillettes métalliques. Des particules métalliques, un liquide et un matériau de broyage sont introduits dans un broyeurs à boulets 10 tournant sur son axe longitudinal. Les paillettes formées, le liquide et le matériau de broyage sont recueillis dans la fente 31 d'une goulotte d'évacuation 30 à une vitesse correspondant à la vitesse d'introduction dans le broyeur. Un dispositif de pulvérisation 32 permet de laver le matériau de broyage, généralement des billes métalliques, pour le débarrasser des paillettes formées. Lorsque le mélange passe sur le tamis 40, le liquide et les paillettes tombent dans la conduite 42 vers un réservoir de stockage 60 alors que les billes sont renvoyées au broyeur pour être réutilisées. Application particulière à la préparation de paillettes d'aluminium.
