Abstract

L'invention concerne un corps de contact pour un liquide et un gaz, qui comprend plusieurs plaques parallèles, pliées ou ondulées, reposant les unes contre les autres, et dont les plis de plaques adjacentes se coupent à des angles égaux d'inclinaison par rapport au plan horizontal, et entre elles sont formés des passages qui sont simultanément traversés par le gaz avec une direction d'écoulement sensiblement horizontale et par le liquide avec une direction d'écoulement sensiblement verticale. Selon l'invention les plis de plaques adjacentes 2, 3 ont des rayons de courbure différents, ainsi les plis faisant face vers le haut, en regardant dans la direction du courant d'air 1, ont un plus petit rayon de courbure que ceux tournés vers le bas, et s'opposent ainsi à un déplacement latéral du courant liquide distribué sur les plaques par l'action du courant d'air. L'invention s'applique notamment aux humidificateurs d'air.
