Abstract

Dispositif de fusion à rouleaux pour machine de reproduction xérographique notamment. Le rouleau de fusion 22 selon la présente invention comprend une couche élastique supérieure 36 qui a une surface intérieure non uniforme 38 appliquée sur un noyau rigide 34 qui a une surface 40 non uniforme également, complémentaire de celle de la couche de caoutchouc. La couche caoutchouc comporte ainsi des parties épaisses et minces alternées qui créent des contraintes sur la surface du rouleau lorsque celle-ci passe dans l'étranglement 26 formé avec le rouleau d'appui 24 de telle sorte que le support qui tend à adhérer sur le rouleau de fusion est séparé de celui-ci lorsque les parties sous contraintes de la couche de caoutchouc reprennent leur forme normale après avoir franchi l'étranglement. Application à un dispositif de fusion d'une machine de reproduction xérographique notamment.
