Abstract

Rouleau de pression pour dispositif de fusion permettant la fixation des images à toner sur des feuilles de copie dans un dispositif de reproduction. Le rouleau est caractérisé par un noyau rigide recouvert d'une couche relativement épaisse de caoutchouc organique et d'un manchon relativement mince agissant en barrière à l'air pour éviter la dégradation par oxydation du caoutchouc. Les caoutchoucs organiques sont caractérisés par leur faible perte du fléchissement à la compression après exposition aux hautes températures et soumission à une pression pendant une longue durée. Des caoutchoucs organiques très réticulés cuits avec des agents de réticulation non soufrés sont les caoutchoucs organiques préférés. Application aux rouleaux de fusion des dispositifs de reproduction.
