CONSTITUTION:A roll 5 has a certain circumferential speed to a development roll 2 and a surface made of the same group material to the toner in terms of a photoreceptor and a friction charge train. Such roll 5 is set so as to have a contact to the developer on the roll 2. The low-charge toner is stuck to the roll 5, and the stuck toner is scraped off by a blade 6 to be deleted. The bias voltage of the reverse polarity and the toner of reverse polarity is applied to the roll 5. Thus the toner of reverse polarity is also removed.
