Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de perfectionnement des caractéristiques anti-réfléchissantes d'une lentille en polymère synthétique. Il prévoit l'application sur un substrat de lentille en polymère synthétique d'un revêtement vitreux de base en suboxyde de silicium de formule SiOx , où x est plus grand que 1 et plus petit que 2, l'évaporation dudit suboxyde sous vide dans une atmosphère d'oxygène sur ledit substrat pour le déposer sous forme condensée d'épaisseur et d'indice de réfraction contrôlés destinée à coopérer avec des revêtements subséquents d'une ou de plusieurs couches d'indices de réfraction et d'épaisseurs complémentaires et l'application subséquente des revêtements complémentaires pour former un revêtement anti-réfléchissant optiquement actif.The present invention relates to a method of improving the anti-reflective characteristics of a synthetic polymer lens.
