Abstract

L'appui-tête comporte un coussin 3 pourvu d'ouvertures 1, monte sur un étrier, et est disposé, tout en pouvant pivoter dans certaines limites, par l'intermédiaire d'un support 4 sur des montants 5 ou sur un étrier d'agrafage recouvrant le dossier d'un siège de véhicule automobile. Létrier 2 de l'appui-tête est déplaçable longitudinalement dans des évidements il du support en étant guidé par des manchons 12. Les évidements Il du support 4 sont inclinés par rapport à l'axe longitudinal 10 de celui-ci. Chacun des deux montants 5 est assemblé au support 4 par l'intermédiaire d'une bague 18 entourant ledit support et déplaçable longitudinalement sur celui-ci, et pénètre par son extrémité supérieure traversant ladite bague 18 dans un évidement 20 du support 4.
