Abstract

L'invention concerne un circuit de sécurité d'appareil électrochirurgical et son procédé d'utilisation. Il comporte un générateur à haute fréquence relié d'une part à une électrode active par un conducteur actif et d'autre part, à une électrode du malade par un conducteur du malade. Les courants dans ces deux conducteurs sont contrôlés et si le courant dans le conducteur actif dépasse le courant dans le conducteur du malade d'une certaine valeur seuil, une alarme est déclenchée. Un dispositif de compensation automatique modifie cette valeur seuil en fonction du niveau de sortie du générateur. Un circuit de retour sensible à la fréquence est également prévu, présentant une basse impédance en haute fréquence et une haute impédance en basse fréquence. Applications au domaine de la chirurgie.
