Abstract

Procédé et dispositif pour réduire le << voile gris >> lors de la teinture de matières textiles à fibres coupées (type velours). Entre l'imprégnation et le séchage, on fait passer la bande textile en continu dans un dispositif de repassage comprenant des surfaces cintrées 1 et/ou des rouleaux rotatifs 3. Le frottement fait adhérer les poils à la surface textile 2, ce qui minimise la migration du colorant vers le coeur de la marchandise au cours du séchage.
