Abstract

La présente invention concerne une forme de dosage pharmaceutique à effet prolongé. Cette forme de dosage comprend : a. un mélange constituant le noyau et composé d'une substance pharmacologiquement active et d'au moins deux composés appartenant au groupe des alcanols et des acides alcanoïques supérieurs, composés qui fondent à plus de 25 degrés C, et b. une couche extérieure constituée par une prolamine. Application à la fabrication de comprimés à usage pharmaceutique.
