Abstract

Procédé de préparation continue d'aldéhydes aliphatiques alpha -cyanéthylés par réaction de l'acrylonitrile avec des aldéhydes en présence d'un hydroxyde alcalin à chaud. On met en contact l'acrylonitrile et l'aldéhyde pendant un court moment avec un hydroxyde alcalin dans un réacteur tubulaire à une température de 20 à 120 degrés C, on sépare le produit de réaction immédiatement après la réaction et on recycle l'hydroxyde alcalin après remplacement des pertes éventuelles. Le procédé selon l'invention permet d'obtenir avec de bons rendements des aldéhydes aliphatiques cyanéthylés en position alpha .
