Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil pour sécher les couches de pâte céramique dans la formation de moules perdus. Selon l'invention, les modèles revêtus de la couche à sécher passent dans deux séries de postes de séchage dans un tunnel, l'air de séchage amené dans les deux séries de postes ayant des caractéristiques, c'est-à-dire température humide, température sèche et vitesse, contrôlées et différentes de façon à éviter une surchauffe des parties de modèles qui sèchent le plus facilement Des postes d'évacuation de l'air sont associés à chaque poste de séchage de façon à éviter que l'air chargé d'humidité, après passage sur les modèles, ne se mélange à l'air fourni aux autres postes de séchage. Selon l'invention, on obtient un meilleur contrôle du séchage des modèles, et on assure ainsi l'obtention de moules de meilleure qualité.
