Abstract
La présente invention a pour objet un catalyseur comprenant les oxydes et/ou sulfures de métaux des Groupes VIB et VIII associes à un support d'alumine et initiés par une quantité atteignant 2,5 % en poids d'un oxyde de métal alcalin Il est caractérisé en ce qu'au moins 25 % du volume des pores de ce catalyseur sont représentés par des pores ayant un diamètre compris entre 30 et 100 Angstrom , moins de 15 % du volume de ses pores sont représentés par des pores ayant un diamètre supérieur à 300 Angstrom les pores ayant des diamètres supérieurs à 300 Angstrom représentent 0,450 à 0,550 cm**3/g de catalyseur. Elle se rapporte à un catalyseur permettant l'elimination des métaux et de soufre d'huiles de pétrole.
