Abstract

L'invention concerne les cibles de tubes à rayons cathodiques à mémoire bistable. Ces cibles se caractérisent par une isolation 56 autour des éléments 54 d'électrode collectrice, ce qui isole ceux-ci de la couche diélectrique à mémoire 57. L'invention applique à des tubes à vision améliorée par diminution de la luminance de fond.
