Abstract

La solution de l'invention est constituée d'eau, d'un composé antitumoral à squelette glucane, d'un agent solubilisant primaire soluble dans l'eau choisi parmi le dextrane, l'hydroxyéthylamidon, la carboxyméthylcellulose et le polyéthylèneglycol en une quantité suffisante pour accroître la solubilité de l'agent antitumoral et d'un agent solubilisant secondaire soluble dans l'eau à raison de 0 à 10 g/dl, cet agent solubilisant secondaire étant un pentose, un hexose ou un sucre alcool comportant 5 ou 6 atomes de carbone; on prépare la solution en mélangeant ces constituants. Une telle solution antitumorale aqueuse est stable et peut en particulier être utilisée pour l'injection intraveineuse chez l'homme.
