Abstract

Lame-tampon portée par la vis, en forme de U, ici, qui s'enclenche par son trou T librement mais imperdablement sur la gorge G d'une vis de serrage ou de réglage, empêchant par sa partie inférieure repliée sous la vis, que le bout de celle-ci cause des dégâts dans la matière à serrer ou, vice-versa, que la vis de serrage ne soit pas écrasée par une matière à bloquer. L'enclenchement peut se faire par vissage, ou par poussée en travers d'une fente F reliant le trou T, lisse ou taraudé, avec le bord de la lame L. La fente F est plus étroite que le trou T, le trou T est plus grand que la gorge G de la vis V. L'ensemble, avec ou sans fente F, avec un trou T lisse ou taraudé, est très facile à réaliser avec des outillages simples, puis de le monter-démonter sans outillages ou sans outillages spéciaux. Il protège, imperdablement, pour serrer ou régler indirectement la matière, souvent non ou que très difficilement remplaçable. Mais il protège aussi la vis qui serre un objet très dur. (P. ex. : outil en acier rapide). La figure présente le bloquage d'un câble électrique sans endommagement.
