Abstract

L'appareil selon l'invention comporte un mécanisme d'entraînement 20 dont l'extrémité de sortie est élargie dans le sens de rotation du plateau tournant 13 comportant les cavités 14, le piston de chaque cavité étant déplacé pendant la période de remplissage pour éviter l'emprisonnement d'air dans la cavité et le piston étant ensuite abaissé au moment du passage devant le fil sans fin 32 circulant continuellement pour séparer le pâté du piston, un balai 42 nettoyant le fil avant chaque opération de séparation. Un tel appareil convient en particulier pour former des pâtés et autres articles en viande hachée ou en autres aliments en particules.
